MY STORY
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and professional speaker with over twelve years of experience walking alongside individuals, families, and communities through some of life’s most difficult seasons. My work sits at the intersection of mental health, faith, and hope—where questions are honest, pain is acknowledged, and light is still possible.
As a speaker, my passion is guiding souls toward understanding, healing, and resilience in the midst of anxiety, depression, grief, and intrusive thoughts. I believe that mental health struggles are not a sign of weakness, but an invitation to deeper compassion, connection, and care. Through storytelling, clinical insight, and practical tools, I strive to create spaces where audiences feel seen, understood, and empowered.
Whether addressing clinicians, churches, or community groups, my goal is always the same: to illuminate hope in the darkness and offer pathways forward that are both grounded and grace-filled. I speak with honesty, warmth, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to face the hard parts of being human. It is my privilege to help others find light—sometimes for the first time, and sometimes again.
