Guiding You Through the Darkness of Mental Wellness

BOOK KATHERINE FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT

Let's light up a room together.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and professional speaker with over 12 years of experience walking alongside individuals on their mental health journey. Using humor and honesty, I speak to souls struggling with anxiety, depression, and grief—pointing them toward finding light in the darkness of mental health and illuminating life-changing hope.

2 Corinthians 4:6 (KJV) says, “For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.”
